I have been a client of RIAH with my pets since the 1970s, with the original staff and the current staff. Even though I have to drive from the other side of the Illinois QC, I continue to do so because of the exceptional service they provide. I’ve been a pretty frequent client this year so far, so I’ve seen them at their busy times and their increasingly rare not-busy times. Each time I’m impressed with their professionalism and “bedside manner” with my pets and with me. I also appreciate that their rates are reasonable and they do not engage in the “upselling” that some practices do. Kudos to you and please keep on being excellent!

This place is AWESOME!!! We were camping for Memorial Day weekend and are from the north side of Chicago. Our dog somehow ripped a nail off his paw and the people there were extremely caring. They took our pup under their wings and fixed him up lickety-split. He was so happy and so were we. I would drive 3 hours out of my way to go back any time. A+ service!!! They even called after the holiday to check on him again. Highly recommend!!!

If there was an option for a 6th star, this vet clinic would have that rating. Great experience as soon as you walk through the door, with the kind and helpful receptionists, then the benevolent techs, who go the extra mile for your pet. The best part is the price. You’ll love the price. The only thing is that they don’t do appointments. Only walk-ins, but the price is always worth it.
